Pie in the Sky – Spicy Mexicali
This was my first time at Pie in the Sky and I do have to saythat I was pleased with their product. I went after lunch, but before dinner which made for a quiet and enjoyable experience.

I mean look at that crust! It’s to die for. It was yummy, tasty and had the right crunch. 😬
My selection was the a Spicy Mexicali and the small one was just the right size. I loved the fresh avocados, sour cream and cilantro. I’ve included a picture of the description so that I can remember for the next time.
I sure want to try something different.

I bet it isn’t easy to get great pizza in Tennessee! I have been making Excellent Pizza at home and have a detailed post showing my results. They taste even better than they look!

I drive past that place all the time and have never stopped to try it out. Man! that looks GOOD!!!
