   First cupcakes, then ice cream, then … who knows what else. Dude, cupcakes are cool. Maybe this writer should try the meat markets in China for edible (or non-edible) creations to critique. Wonder if he’s ever tried cow brains? Maybe he should … because he could surely use some!
