Well here’s the last of our sausage stuffing from Thanksgiving. Pretty much this is a “throw it together burrito”. I emphasize the tortilla wraps because it’s a healthier alternative to sliced bread. Though I know I killed it with the stuffing.  

I made mine today with sandwich meats: oven roasted turkey, salami and prosciutto. I layered a small amount of mayonnaise for flavor. Rolled it up and had an amazing late lunch.
