For a girl who no longer lives in South Florida, I sure look for this food any chance I get. Café Versailles Miami Airport gives me a bit of home whenever I want the Latin taste that I miss so much. I ate these empanadas slowly. I wanted to savor every bite. I was even thinking of how to take some more home, but it just wouldn’t taste the same. And in all honesty, it wouldn’t have made it all the way to Nashville. 🙂
