I have to admit that for as long that I’ve been in Nashville I have failed to try Hattie B’s. In my defense, it wasn’t for lack of trying. But rather failure to plan accordingly. 😛

I thought I had hot chicken before. Now I’ve tried Hattie B’s medium chicken because I could just about handle that much heat!

Hmmm I’m really considering trying the next level heat, hot. That at least will make me feel a little better than saying “I love eating medium hot chicken”.
