We had some chili over the weekend. So it is time for a leftover chili burrito. 🙂

Ingredients:

You leftover chili
Sour cream
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sun-dried tomato basil wrap

Preparation:

1- Warm up your leftover chili and set aside.
2- Place slightly wet paper towel on top of wrap and microwave for 30 seconds.
3- Place about 3-5 tablespoons of chili in the middle of the wrap. Make sure you leave about two inches of clearance from the edge. You will need it when it comes time to fold the burrito.
4- Add as much sour cream and cheddar cheese on top of chili.
5- Fold in two parallel sides and then roll from the other end so that the folded sides keep your toppings inside the wrap.
