What makes an amazing pizza? To me it’s all about the dough and sauce.
This was our first time at Joey’s House of Pizza (hubby and I). 🙂 We made up our own pie with Italian sausage, onions, extra cheese, meatballs, and mushrooms.
This pizza was absolutely delicious. I ate every bit of the crispy crust. All the ingredients were fresh. You could taste and smell the freshness. I just loved this pizza. It was well worth the wait. It seemed like an eternity, but it wasn’t more than 10 minutes to get our just-out-of-the-oven pie.
The entire time we were there it was a constant flow of people coming and going getting all sorts of awesome and authentic Italian food (pizza, cannoli, pasta, calzones, etc.).
If you haven’t tried Joey’s House of Pizza, do yourself a favor and stop by . You will not be disappointed. The worse that can happen is that you eat so much that you won’t want to have dinner. This place is a most-stop for those visiting the Nashville area. For locals like me, I get to enjoy it whenever I want. Envious?…
I just wish they were open for dinner and on the weekend. 😦 In the meantime, I shall visit them during lunch. A sacrifice I’m willing to make. 🙂
