A friend of mine was kind enough to mail me a copy of the recipe. The original recipe is Coconut Berry Pizza from Taste of Home.

I decided to decorate it like the US flag since it was 4th of July. That being said, it can be decorated any way you want. The sky is the limit!

Ingredients:
2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
8 ounces of homemade whipped cream (or you can get store bought)
1/3 cup of chopped strawberries
Blueberries for decoration
Sliced fresh strawberries for decoration

Preparation:
1- Preheat oven at 375° Fahrenheit.
2- Unroll crescent dough and place in a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of pan; seal seams.
3- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
4- In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar until smooth.
5- Fold in whipped topping and chopped strawberries. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit over top.
6- Chill until serving. Yield: 16 servings.

This was very yummy. I think I had too much of it and even felt a little guilty….NOT! 😉

Enjoy, Bon Appétit, Buen Provecho!
