This is an experiment. I’m still wotking on perfecting the recipe.  That being said, I always want to share what comes out of my kitchen.  Enjoy!

Now the guava whipped cream. Yum!

And after putting it all together, this is the outcome…

Once I get the batter a bit lighter, I will share the recipe.

I do have to say it was delicious.  I’m probably just my worse critic.
