Cranberry Cream Cheese made with fresh cranberries

From the cranberry juice recipe I just posted, here is what to do with the berries. How about cranberry cream cheese? Yum!

Cranberry Cream Cheese

  • Servings: 8 ounces
  • Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

8 ounces of fat free cream cheese (softened)
Leftover berries from making cranberry juice (about 24 ounces)

Preparation:

1-After cooking the cranberries in water to make the cranberry juice, make sure to strain as much water from the berries as possible.
2-In a bowl combine the cream cheese and cranberries.
3-You may use right away or put in an airtight container and place in the refrigerator. I would use it within 2 weeks.
