Chicken Bake Recipe

Chicken bake with chickpeas and salad

Chicken bake with chickpeas and salad

It’s been a crazy past couple of weeks. That being said, I wanted to record this very easy meal that I put together just by seeing what I had at home. It’s amazing what can turn out if you just have the patience (which I don’t have all the time) to just put a meal together. 🙂

Chicken bake just out of the oven.

Chicken Bake

  • Servings: 4-5
  • Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:
1 lb of boneless chicken thighs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup fat free sour cream
1 tablespoon Badia Complete Seasoning
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Olive oil
Bread crumbs
Shredded American cheese

Preparation:
1-Preheat oven to 425° Fahrenheit.
2-Lightly oil a 9×10 baking dish (set aside)
3-In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken, sour cream, Badia seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce.
4-You may cut the chicken in smaller pieces. I didn’t.
5-Add the chicken to your mix. Make sure all pieces of chicken are nicely coated with your cream mix. Then place everything in the baking dish evenly.
6-Cover with aluminum foil for 20 minutes.
7-Uncover and place a thin layer of bread crumbs. Add the cheese on top.
8-Cook for the remaining 20 minutes.

Enjoy, Bon Appétit, Buen Provecho!                                                         EdibleReflections.com

  1. It is amazing how many delicious ways there are to cook chicken. I think one could blog just about chicken recipes, and I would read it regularly. It doesn’t need to be difficult to be delicious, and your recipe sounds so moist and yummy. Happy FF and enjoy your weekend!
