Any day is a good day for Rice Pudding. In Panama we normally make it whenever a baby gets a new tooth. This means we get to eat it a lot during the baby’s first year of life! 🙂
This is the way we make it in Panamá. It’s so good! It reminds me of my childhood. I can literally eat the entire batch all by myself. 😉

I love rice pudding, one of my favorite foods…but really I can only make it in the winter as I enjoy standing over stovetop stirring and stirring on a snowy day while in summer I do not have the same patience…however I can eat it year-round 🙂

I can see why you love making it during the winter. The cinnamon smell plus heat makes such a cozy and delicious aroma. And of course the heat! 🙂
