February is the birthday month at home. These cupcakes I made for my husband.
It was a hectic day, but I managed to make these and sing happy birthday with the kids. I used the same recipe as in Chocolate Cupcakes – Making Memories post. Though I used a vanilla buttercream icing. 🙂
I’m glad they turned out very moist and we still have some left over. 🙂
Now more baking coming since we’ll be celebrating the kids’ birthday over the weekend.
