No one can fake great food. You can have a fancy place, beautiful linen, perfect ambiance, but if the food is blah, none of that makes up for it.
The Hermitage Cafe has been around for ages. I’ve been in Nashville for almost 10 years and never went in. Driven by it a thousand times. Even when I’ve heard nothing but good things and the parking lot has been always full.
The picture above was taken almost as the place was about to close. Yet there were people on the other side of this frame.
I had the fried chicken sandwich with home fries. It was awesome! We’ll be back. 🙂
