The best places to eat are found by accident. Or at least that’s what happens to me. This year’s annual girl’s trip, was comprised of my mother and sister who flew in from Florida. My aunt who came in from the Republic of Panama. And I made my way to NYC from Nashville.
Though I’ve been to New York several times, it had been over 10 years since my last visit. The city has changed. I have changed. I had a very different way of looking at NYC than I did years passed.
Our first night was all about getting acquainted with our surroundings. And who am I kidding, getting some real Italian food. We were starving!
La Bella Vita was fabulous. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We even made friends with our neighboring diners as we all spoke so many different languages.
