I’m not a whiskey drinker. That being said, the tour at Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery was amazing. Definitely a destination for history buffs and of course all whiskey lovers. Whiskey is a bit strong for me, but I did get to sample several smooth whiskies.

I’ve been living in Nashville for over 20 years and had no clue his gem resides 25 minutes from my residence!

The entire experience reminds me that I need to be a tourist in my own town.

There’s plenty of detail on every corner. You could spend a lot of time just looking at the walls.

It’s amazing how the determination and perseverance of a German family travel he Atlantic and then resurfaced many years later.
