Flapjack’s Pancake Cabin – Gatlinburg, TN

I usually don’t eat an elaborate breakfast at home, but when I travel I like to indulge.

This skillet at Flapjack’s was to die for. It was more than enough. I don’t think I finished every single bite.

A wheelbarrow was needed to get me out of there. It was definitely helpful to walk during most of our trip. The calories consumed were heaven, but exercise was definitely a most.

What is your favorite breakfast spot in the Smokies?
