What to do with leftover filling, the carved center of the cupcakes or extra frosting? Of course eat it!
Nothing in my house goes to waste. I have small ramekins that make the perfect treat.
The one featured above is vanilla cake, fresh mango for filling and vanilla buttercream frosting. It’s just as good or even better than the actual cupcake. No paper-peeling required!
