We had a late night escapade with the kids over the weekend. Anything after 8pm is late for our family. The kids were in their pajamas and ready to have ice cream.
We had never been to Hot Rod Ice Cream Shoppe but knew that it was inside the Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park(TM). Getting to it was like coming up to a smaller version (very small version) of the entrance to Disney World. The road was winding and then…there he was…Yogi to the left. I kept waiting to see if any pic-a-nic baskets going to get snatched off tables!

For the first time this Friday I was able to stop by the Hip Donelson Farmers Market. As I walked around the different vendors, my eyes and feet gravitated towards Wild Flours Organic Mill and Bakery. What can I say, I LOVE BREAD and anything related to it!

A beautiful display of breads, muffins, cinnamon rolls and scones were calling out to me all at the same time! I literally kept going back and forth trying to decide what I would pick. Continue reading

What better way to thank someone than with a cupcake? It’s thoughtful, crafty and plain genius. It shows that person that you either took the time to make it or pick it out just for them. Isn’t that what it’s all about? Making others feel special and unique can brighten their day. It also makes us feel great when we see someone smile over something we have given them.
