Edible Reflections

Life is good when you can put the work-week behind and pour a glass or two of your favorite wine. Well I’ve worked 9 out of the past 10 days, so needless to say I’m really enjoying the weekend. I always get started with my favorite merlot, yellow tail.

This is a smooth merlot and like others it’s a dry wine so you have to enjoy this type of drink. It pairs well with red meats, Italian food or as in my case with anything! I drink for the joy of having a wonderful glass of merlot.
