It was an honor to be able to cater mango and guava cupcakes for the last day of celebration of the Hispanic Heritage Month with the Nashville Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (NAHCC).

I had a lot of fun baking and decorating during the day for this event. The color scheme goes with the NAHCC sun logo as you’re able to see on the picture below.

Casa Segovia-Paz invited me to be part of this event. Loraine here comes a huge “Thank You!!!”. I certainly hope you liked your cupcake display and of course the cupcakes themselves. 🙂

I’m very proud of everyone’s work. My daughter was home from school for Fall break and she certainly wanted to help me bake. Luckily dad was able to keep her entertained while I created these amazing little cakes.

I hope this is the beginning of a new adventure. 😉

Enjoy, Bon Appétit, Buen Provecho!
