White chocolate pudding by Edible Reflections

This is not your ordinary white chocolate pudding. I wanted to take it to a whole new level. Make it more adult friendly.

I simply followed the instructions for a Jell-O instant white chocolate pudding.

I filled small ramekins almost to the top leaving room to add my caramel. Put in the fridge and let it set for 15 minutes.

Add a layer of caramel. Put back in the fridge for another 15 minutes to let it set.

When you’re ready to serve, just add semi-sweet chocolate morsels.

This dessert was not only easy, but absolutely delicious. This is definitely my new adult-version of pudding. By the way, the kids loved it as well. I mean, who wouldn’t love this combination…Thought so! 🙂
