Shortly after moving to Nashville I was introduced to fried pickles. I’ve tried a few in the last 7 years, but by far the ones at Country Boy Restaurant are the best. They were cooked perfectly. Their crunchiness was enough to satisfy my craving no matter the time of day.

Eggs Benedict such a classic and my husband was actually quiet while eating. We’re a loud family. We like to talk, laugh and just make a meal an absolute adventure. It’s a miracle for any of us to remain quiet while eating ๐Ÿ™‚

I had this tasty western omelet. It tasted like if made just at home. It was hard to believe that it was from a restaurant. The eggs were fluffy, fresh veggies. Just delish!!!! ๐Ÿ™‚

I had to agree with the coffee mug’s caption. It was a beautiful day at Leiper’s Fork.

If you’re ever in Nashville, make the drive to Leiper’s Fork. Its a beautiful, scenic and tranquil drive. The town is just full of charm and its residents are hospitable and ready to give a warm smile. This restaurant is certainly a must-eat-at place.
