30 minute Rottini and meat sauce casserole

Got 30 minutes? Here’s a quick and delicious recipe. 

1 pound of ground beef
1 box of Rottini pasta
1 medium chopped onion
2 small cans of tomato sauce
1 large can of diced tomatoes
Black pepper to taste
Shredded Mozarella cheese if desired

Preparation :
1 – Brown the ground beef and drain the fat.
2 – Make the Rottini pasta according to the instructions.
3- Back to the ground beef: Add the cans of tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and black pepper. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 20 minutes.
4 – Once the pasta is cooked and drained add your ground beef.
5 – Top with Mozarella cheese.
