Yesterday I tried my first cheesecake.
And it was starting to look really good. I even left it in the fridge for an additional hour than the recipe called for. I even moved it to make sure it felt solid.
Looking good right?
At least that’s what I thought until I cut into it.
Needless to say I was sooooo disappointed. Not sure of where I went wrong.
But I will try it again soon.
Sorry to see that. Guess I’ll stick to my recipe. Never had that happen.

I got this recipe online. I’ll probably end up looking for another one. I should’ve asked my mother for her recipe.

Oh no! This has happened to me before with a honeycomb cheesecake! I bet it still tasted yummy – I’d still eat it! 🙂

It was yummy. Specially the outer edge of it. The crust was delicious. I just hated wasting the rest. But I will be making it again for sure. I’m determined to get it right!
