Ever since my husband and I went to Spain for our honeymoon I’ve been fascinated by this drink.

Finally I decided to do a web search and try to mimic this delicious drink. I got the inspiration from the Classic Spanish Sangria by Lisa.

Here’s my take on this recipe. 😄🍷

Ingredients:

3 limes
1/2 cup of blueberries
1/2 cup of strawberries
1 1/2 cups of white rum
1/2 cup of white sugar
1 (750 milliliter) bottle dry red wine (cold)

Preparation:

1-Cut the strawberries, blueberries and lime into pieces.
2-Place the cut fruit and rum in large pitcher. Put in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours.
3-Add the bottle of red wine and sugar to the rum and fruits.
4-Mix well and serve.

Enjoy, Bon Appétit, Buen Provecho!
