I’ve really GOT to get to sleep, but here’s the post with the recipe, or you can just search the blog, there are 2 different recipes tho, don’t get the wrong one, it’s not nearly as good. 😉
I’ve made this pie a few times and have come up with ways to make it even simpler and easier. Most of the time now, I don’t even bother with the crust. If I’m making it just for me, I cut it down to half and just make the filling part. Let me know if you try it and how you like it. It’s not my original recipe, but it’s one of my favorite desserts.
