As much as I love this cake, it’s the first time I actually bake it. Hard to believe? Yeah. I think so too.

Had a wonderful time with family and food. All my best memories involve food. From buying the ingredients, to cooking and then sitting down and having a great conversation.

It’s getting to be ice cream time and I’ve been thinking about the different flavors that I can make this year without a machine. I made dulce de leche about a week ago and thought it would be a good idea to turn it into ice cream. What do you think?
