It just seemed appropriate to start the day with easy and yummy pancake muffins.
A printable copy of the recipe is at the end of the post.
1-Make pancake mix according to instructions.
2-Add chocolate, apple pieces or any other fruit you’d like.
3-Bake between 12-15 minutes.
4-Enjoy!

2-Make pancake batter according to instructions.
3-Generously grease muffin tins with PAM.
4-Fill muffin tins with batter about 3/4 full.

Someone had done something similar and I needed to do something different for the kids. They sure get bored easily!
