Peanut butter and jelly – revisited

So I had the urge to eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I have to say that for a long time I was not a fan. I didn’t grow up eating it like a lot of kids in the United States. But now with a 4 year old that LOVES peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, I’ve learned to live with it, eat it, and actually enjoy it. 

I decided to make mine inspired by The King. It has been known that Elvis Presley loved peanut butter and banana sandwiches. My version replaces the sandwich bread with a whole wheat tortilla and adds jelly……..and here comes absolute joy in my mouth.
