Homemade Eggnog

Happy Holidays everyone!

Whatever it is, rest assured that during your holiday journey you WILL need this amazingly delicious, alcoholic eggnog. This is not the eggnog you buy in a carton at your local grocery store. I’m sorry for those establishments, but they will loose your business once you make this super easy and fast eggnog.

Ingredients:

1 can of condensed milk (14 ounces)

1 can evaporated milk ( 12 ounces)

3 eggs

1 cup of white rum

1 teaspoon of nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1/2 cup of sugar

Preparation:

1- Get a blender

2- Pour all the ingredients

3- Blend away!

4- Serve over ice if you can’t wait to try it or chill for about 30 minutes and serve

Calories: All of them! Enjoy and forget about it! 🙂

This is good to have for last minute guests, neighbors, and whoever you wish to share it with.

Cheers!

PS: This post is in honor of my mother who taught me to cherish this drink and spared me from tasting some nasty eggnog. Thanks mom I’ll be forever grateful!
