Vanilla cake with chocolate fudge filling
Now it was my daughter’s turn to blow out her birthday candle. She turned 6! Here’s the other mini cake I decorated just for her. We are still home with all the crazy winter weather.

Well I believe I fulfilled all her requests. She wanted pink, cherries on top and chocolate.
I made the cake a couple of days ago from the same batter as the birthday cake for my son (vanilla birthday cake with butterscotch pudding filling).
And believe it or not, I still have another birthday cake to bake for them. This time it will be just one cake that they can share with friends that will be joining us to celebrate over the weekend.
I’m hoping this practice pays off as I really want that cake to look pretty.
