Any day is a good day for Rice Pudding. In Panama we normally make it whenever a baby gets a new tooth. This means we get to eat it a lot during the baby’s first year of life! 🙂

This is the way we make it in Panamá. It’s so good! It reminds me of my childhood. I can literally eat the entire batch all by myself. 😉
