This is a very easy, no machine needed, ice cream recipe. And it tastes super yummy!

I found this recipe on Pinterest by An Oregon Cottage and of course I had to give it a try. Below is what I used to make it. 🙂

Ingredients:

1 14-ounce can if sweetened condensed milk
2 cups of heavy cream
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 cup chocolate morsels
1 cup dried cranberries

Preparation:

1- Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
2- In a small bowl, combine the condensed milk, salt and vanilla extract.
3- Fold the milk mixture into the whipped cream until combined.

Now this is the part where your patience is tested, but trust me is all worth it.

Enjoy, Bon Appétit, Buen Provecho!
