Homemade chocolate chip and cranberry ice cream (No machine needed!)

This is a very easy, no machine needed, ice cream recipe. And it tastes super yummy!

I found this recipe on Pinterest by An Oregon Cottage and of course I had to give it a try. Below is what I used to make it. 🙂

1 14-ounce can if sweetened condensed milk
2 cups of heavy cream
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 cup chocolate morsels
1 cup dried cranberries

1- Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
2- In a small bowl, combine the condensed milk, salt and vanilla extract.
3- Fold the milk mixture into the whipped cream until combined.

Completely folded

4- Add the chocolate morsels and fold

5- Add the dried cranberries and fold

6- Pour into a freezer-safe container, cover tightly and freeze overnight.

Now this is the part where your patience is tested, but trust me is all worth it.

Enjoy, Bon Appétit, Buen Provecho!
