Brownie Chocolate Ice Cream (No machine needed!)

Brownie Chocolate Ice Cream

Brownie Chocolate Ice Cream

All I can say is “wow!” I love this ice cream. It was so easy and tastes amazing. Recipe here:I used part of the recipe from my post Homemade chocolate chip and cranberry ice cream and I used the leftover brownies from my post Heart-shaped brownies from yesterday.

Brownie Chocolate Ice Cream (No machine needed!)

  • Servings: 4 cups
  • Difficulty: easy
  • Print

Ingredients:

1 14-ounce can if sweetened condensed milk
2 cups of heavy cream (I used 40% milk fat heavy cream)
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 cup of brownie pieces (the more the merrier!)
1/4 cup of chocolate ganache at room temperature

Preparation:

1- Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
2- In a small bowl, combine the condensed milk, salt and vanilla extract.
3- Fold the milk mixture into the whipped cream until combined.
4- Add the brownie pieces and fold. Then add the chocolate ganache and lightly fold.
5-Pour into a freezer-safe container, cover tightly and freeze overnight.

Now this is the part where your patience is tested, but trust me is all worth it.

Enjoy, Bon Appétit, Buen Provecho!                                                 EdibleReflections.com
