Happy Father’s Day to my dear husband. A visit to Macon, GA at the last minute was so fitting to celebrate him and the wonderful man and father he is to our kids.
We visited the Allman Brothers Museum (The Big House), listened to great music by the Marcus King Band and left with full and grateful tummies when we stopped for breakfast at the H&H Restaurant.
As soon as you walk into this place you feel at home. More like enjoying a picnic with a bunch of strangers in a familiar place. A place full of music history and love.

Macon we leave you for now. But we take you with us.

2-Place some olive oil in frying pan. Add garlic, onion and red bell pepper and sauté.
3-Add thyme, black pepper, salt, oregano, Worcestershire sauce and chicken broth. Cook until most of the liquid is gone. Cool.
4-Combine turkey, bread crumbs and eggs. Add cooled mix from step #3. Mix well.

This time I had them with bow tie pasta and pink sauce (red and Alfredo sauce combined).
Enjoy!
